Aline Gilmore

Aline Gilmore is a Canadian costume designer who works across genres in film and television.

With an extensive background in fine arts, fashion, and cinema, Aline loves to collaborate and create visually compelling costumes that elevate the storytelling experience.

Over the years, Aline has developed a reputation for her thoughtful approach to costume design. Her work has been recognized with nominations, including for Indian Horse, a period drama executive produced by Clint Eastwood.

Aline worked with Brandon Cronenberg on the award-winning and audience-favorite sci-fi thriller Possessor, featuring an all-star cast including Chris Abbott, Andrea Riseborough, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Sean Bean. Recently, she collaborated with director Keith Thomas on Blumhouse/Universal Studio's adaptation of Stephen King's classic novel, Firestarter, starring Zac Efron, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Sydney Lemmon, and Michael Greyeyes.

Most recently, Aline served as a consulting costume designer on the comedic feature film Splitsville, starring Dakota Johnson, Adria Arjona, and O-T Fagbenle.
