Leslie Kavanagh

Leslie Kavanagh returned as the Costume Designer on the 6th and final season of The Handmaid's Tale after expanding on the world building of Gilead in season 5. She recently completed designing the first season of the highly anticipated new series Motorheads starring Ryan Phillipe. Leslie is well known for her work in Action and Horror feature films including the soon to be released Whistle starring Dafne Keen, Thanksgiving, Seance, The Lie, Seven In Heaven, and Mother's Day, as well as TV series Clarice, V-Wars, and the pilot episode of The Horror Of Delores Roach. Her creative work can also be seen in the quirky comedy Man Seeking Woman seasons 2 and 3, as well as the indie dramady The Baby Formula. With over 25 years in the industry, Leslie worked in many roles including as a key costumer on such notable projects as xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage, Suicide Squad, Robocop, The Vow, Kick Ass, Resident Evil: Retribution, and the Saw franchise to name a few.

Leslie is represented by Brian J. Goldberg and Louiza Vick at WPA, and is a member of the Costume Designers Guild and IATSE 873. She is engaged in the costume community by developing and instructing training for the not-for-profit association CAFTCAD (The Canadian Alliance of Film and Television Costume Arts and Design).
