Bio

Originally trained in Fashion Technique and Design, Marcia is a 30-year veteran of costuming for film and television.

Having worked in different roles; previously serving as set costumer and assistant costume designer on notable and award-winning projects directed by Norman Jewison The Hurricane, Gus Van Sant Good Will Hunting, Finding Forrester, and Jim Sheridan Get Rich or Die Tryin’, among others, she made the shift to costume design in 2017.  Collaborating on action, thriller, horror and most recently Rachel Morrison's biopic The Fire Inside (Official Selection - TIFF24).

Marcia is appreciated for her attention to detail and inspired thinking.

My aim is to support every project's vision, no matter the genre, and to create character-driven designs that compliment the storytelling.
