Bio

Anne’s international design career spans across both stage and screen reflected in a variety of genres and periods. Her collaboration in film with such directors as David Cronenberg, Viggo Mortensen, Francois Girard, Niki Caro, Jeremy Podeswa, Sudz Sutherland, Mick Jackson, Angelica Houston, Paul Mazursky, Kathy Bates and Veronica Tennant has been truly inspirational.  

Anne’s vocabulary in this art of storytelling through cloth, bringing to life characters and worlds in films such as The Shrouds, The Dead Don’t Hurt, The Song of Names, Born to Be Blue to Fugitive Pieces, Saint Ralph and Interstate 60 to name a few. Other credits are notable series such as The Comey Rule, Anne with an E, Lost Girl; dance Karen Kain-Dancing in the Moment, The Firebird; skating Battle of the Blades and opera Don Giovanni Unmasked slightly touches some of her range and versatility in her Costume Designs.
